एनसीटीई ने समय सीमा बढ़ाने से किया इनकार

लखनऊ। राज्य सरकार के अधिकारियों की लापरवाही बीएड डिग्रीधारकों पर भारी पड़ी है। उनका प्राइमरी स्कूलों में सीधे शिक्षक बनने का सपना पूरा नहीं हो पाएगा। शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए 1 जनवरी से समय सीमा बढ़ाकर 31 जनवरी करने संबंधी राज्य सरकार के प्रस्ताव को राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) ने खारिज कर दिया है। इस संबंध में एनसीटीई के अंडर सेकटरी एसके चौहान ने साफ कहा है कि शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए राज्यों को पूरा समय दिया गया। इस अवधि के बाद समय सीमा बढ़ाने का सवाल ही नहीं उठता है।

 

शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम लागू होने के बाद एनसीटीई ने 31 अगस्त 2010 को अधिसूचना जारी कर राज्यों को प्राइमरी स्कूलों में बीएड डिग्रीधारकों को सीधे शिक्षक रखने की अनुमति दी थी। इसके लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) अनिवार्य की गई। एनसीटीई ने राज्यों को सीधी भर्ती के लिए 1 जनवरी 2012 तक का समय दिया था। यूपी में पहले टीईटी कराने को लेकर दुविधा रही। राज्य सरकार के कुछ वरिष्ठ अधिकारी टीईटी कराने के पक्ष में नहीं थे। टीईटी से छूट के लिए एनसीटीई से अनुमति भी मांगी गई। वहां से छूट न मिलने पर अधिकारी बड़ी मुश्किल से टीईटी कराने को तैयार तो हुए, लेकिन इसमें पात्रता के स्थान पर अर्हता परीक्षा कर दिया गया।

टीईटी परिणाम आने के बाद 72825 शिक्षक की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन मांगे गए। आवेदन के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को पांच जिलों का विकल्प दिया गया। कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने इसे हाईकोर्ट ने चुनौती देकर सभी जिलों में आवेदन करने की मांग की।

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद की दुश्वारिया कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। पहले शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा को लेकर आपत्तियों और संशोधनों में किरकिरी होने के बाद अब यूपी बोर्ड दफ्तर पर शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के सर्टिफिकेट में संशोधनों को लेकर अभ्यर्थी पहुंचने लगे हैं। मंगलवार भी संशोधन को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों ने बोर्ड दफ्तर में आवेदन किया है।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा 13 नवंबर को ली गई शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के सर्टिफिकेट का 24 जनवरी से वितरण होने लगा। सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थियों के सर्टिफिकेट में गड़बड़ियां हैं। किसी का नाम, किसी का वर्ग तो किसी की जन्मतिथि अंकित हो गई है। ऐसे में अभ्यर्थियों का बोर्ड दफ्तर पर जमावड़ा होने लगा है। बोर्ड सूत्रों का कहना है कि सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि बोर्ड के कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इस समय मार्च में शुरू हो रही बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी में लगे हैं। ऐसे में टीईटी सर्टिफिकेट के विवरण में संशोधनों के आवेदन पत्र उनकी मुश्किलें ही बढ़ाएंगे।

टीईटी के अंक पत्रों के वितरण के लिए विभागीय विचार- विमर्श चल रहा है। पर, विधान सभा चुनाव को देखते हुए इसका वितरण 11 फरवरी के पहले संभव नहीं लग रहा। ऐसे में अंक पत्र कब से और कहां से वितरित किए जाएंगे, इसकी घोषणा एक- दो दिन में ही कर दी जाएगी।

गोरखपुर : शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के अभ्यर्थियों की उलझने आज भी बरकरार हैं। कई बार के संशोधन के बाद अंक पत्र जारी तो हुआ पर वह अभी तक परीक्षार्थियों के हाथों में नहीं पहुंच सका है। अब तो अंक पत्रों का वितरण चुनाव बाद ही होगा। चुनाव को देखते हुए शिक्षा विभाग ने भी अपने हाथ खड़े कर लिए हैं।

विभागीय सूत्रों के अनुसार संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय, सप्तम मंडल में अंक पत्र पहुंच चुका है। इधर, परीक्षार्थी भी परेशान हैं। अभ्यर्थी दूर- दराज से चलकर विभाग पहुंच रहे हैं लेकिन उन्हें निराशा ही हाथ लग रही है। उन्हें समुचित जवाब नहीं मिल पा रहा कि आखिर अंक पत्रों का वितरण कब से शुरू होगा। दुर्गा शंकर धर द्विवेदी, राघव आदि परीक्षार्थियों का कहना है कि पहले परीक्षा देने के लिए परेशान हुए, बाद में फार्म भरने के लिए दौड़ लगानी पड़ी। अब अंक पत्र के लिए चक्कर लगाना पड़ रहा है। वहीं सूत्रों का कहना है कि लगभग 30 हजार अंक पत्र बांटने हैं। उपर से चुनाव का समय चल रहा है। अधिकतर अधिकारी और शिक्षक चुनाव की तैयारियों में ही लगे हैं। दूसरी तरफ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में इंटरमीडिएट की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षाएं भी चल रही हैं। ऐसे में इस समय अंक पत्रों का वितरण आसान नहीं है।

मेरठ: शिक्षक बनने के लिए राज्य स्तरीय टीईटी परीक्षा व पुलिस भर्ती में पढ़े लिखे बेरोजगारों ने प्रति फार्म 500 रूपये खर्च किए। लिपिक से लेकर चपरासी की भर्ती पर भी उन्होंने इतना ही पैसा खर्च किया, पर उप्र विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने के लिए दावेदारों को फार्म फ्री में मिल रहा है। अभी तक मेरठ की सात विस क्षेत्रों के लिए 100 से अधिक दावेदार यह फार्म प्राप्त कर चुके हैं।
हर प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता, उम्र, अनुभव अनिवार्य होता है पर विस चुनाव लड़ने के लिए प्रत्याशी की आयु के अलावा कोई अनिवार्यता नही है। न्यूनतम आयु 25 साल है पर अधिकतम का कोई पैमाना नहीं है। शैक्षणिक योग्यता या अनुभव चुनाव लड़ने के लिए जरूरी नही है।

पांच बार आईएएस व पीसीएस की प्रवेश परीक्षा दे चुके शास्त्री नगर निवासी योगेन्द्र ने तो इस बाबत राष्ट्रपति को एक पत्र प्रेषित किया है। उनका तर्क है कि प्रत्याशियों के लिए अनुभव व शैक्षणिक योग्यता जरूरी होनी चाहिए। पढ़े लिखे लोग सदन में आयेंगे तो सदन में हल्लागुल्ला नहीं होगा बस विकास की बाते होगी।
बहराल, बात चाहे जो भी हो पर अभी तक मेरठ में ही 100 से अधिक दावेदार निर्वाचन कार्यालय से यह फार्म फ्री में प्राप्त कर चुके हैं। निर्वाचन आयोग ने नामांकन पत्र फार्म व उसके साथ प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले शपथ पत्र में इस बार संशोधन जरूर किया है। स्वयं के साथ पत्‍‌नी व अन्य आश्रितों के पैन नंबर देना भी इस बार अनिवार्य है।

सहारनपुर। टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों ने प्रमाण-पत्र नहीं मिलने से नाराज होकर कर्मचारियों को बंधक बनाकर हंगामा किया। पुलिस फोर्स ने वहां पहुंचकर भीड़ को बमुश्किल काबू किया। जेडी आफिस ने बाद में साफ किया कि प्रमाण-पत्र वितरण की अंतिम तिथि अभी तय नहीं है। कार्य दिवसों में इनका वितरण जारी रहेगा।
चकराता रोड स्थित संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय पर सोमवार सुबह से ही टीईटी प्रमाण-पत्र लेने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों का हुजूम पहुंच गया। मुजफ्फरनगर से हजारों अभ्यर्थी यहां पहुंचे थे। कार्यालय द्वारा प्रमाण-पत्र लेने के लिए प्रात: 10.30 से सायं 4.30 बजे तक का समय निर्धारित किया गया है। प्रभारी एसके अग्रवाल के मुताबिक आठ काउंटरों से 20 शिक्षकों-कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रमाण-पत्रों का वितरण कराया जा रहा है। उधर, सायं पांच बजे के बाद कर्मचारियों द्वारा वितरण बंद करना शुरू किया तो वहां मौजूद अभ्यर्थी हंगामे पर उतर आए। उन्होंने नारेबाजी करते हुए वितरण केन्द्र के शटर को बंद कर दिया। कर्मचारियों ने जब शटर खोलने का प्रयास किया तो नौबत टकराव तक जा पहुंची। करीब एक घटे तक कर्मचारी बंधक रहे। अनहोनी की आशंका से त्रस्त कर्मचारियों ने पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम को जानकारी दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस फोर्स ने बमुश्किल भीड़ को लाठियां फटकार कर काबू करके कर्मचारियों को मुक्त कराया। बताते चलें कि जेडी कार्यालय द्वारा 19 जनवरी को ही पुलिस फोर्स की मांग की जा चुकी थी, लेकिन उसके बाद अभी तक यहां पुलिस फोर्स नहीं लगाया गया। कर्मचारियों के मुताबिक करीब तीन हजार प्रमाणपत्र वितरित किए गए हैं।

कोई अंतिम तिथि नहीं

जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक (द्वितीय)/प्रभारी संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक राजसिंह यादव ने बताया कि टीईटी प्रमाण-पत्र वितरण की अभी कोई अंतिम तिथि निर्धारित नहीं है। कार्यालय के सभी कार्यदिवसों में इनका वितरण कराया जायेगा।

आगरा: शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में पास हुए बेटे, बेटी या बहू के प्रमाणपत्र परिजनों को नहीं मिल रहे। शासन की सख्ती से सोमवार को सैकड़ों परिजनों को निराश होकर लौटना पड़ा।
राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज पंचकुइयां में टीईटी प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण सोमवार से फिर शुरू हुआ। प्रमाणपत्र लेने आ रहे लोगों में अभ्यर्थियों से ज्यादा परिजन दिखे। कोई बाहर नौकरी करने वाले बेटे का सर्टिफिकेट लेने आया था तो कोई बहू का। लेकिन कर्मचारियों ने ऐसे परिजनों को बैरंग लौटा दिया। बोले, रजिस्टर में परीक्षार्थी के हस्ताक्षर होंगे, उन्हें भेजें। बाहरी जिलों से आए कई व्यक्ति तो विभाग की ओर से सूचना न मिलने से परेशान रहे। गौरतलब है, विभाग ने रोलनंबर के हिसाब से प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं, पर मैनपुरी, फीरोजाबाद, मथुरा में रहने वालों तक यह सूचना नहीं पहुंच पाई। डीआइओएस मनोज गिरि ने बताया, अभ्यर्थी को खुद आकर प्रमाणपत्र लेना है। परिजनों को नहीं दिए जाएंगे। जिनके पास प्रवेशपत्र या पहचान पत्र नहीं है, ऐसे केस अंतिम तिथियों में निपटाए जाएंगे। प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण 11 तक होगा।

आगरा, जागरण संवाददाता: केंद्रीय शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (सीटीईटी) में विभिन्न जिलों के 4500 से ज्यादा परीक्षार्थी अनुपस्थित रहे। रविवार को 33 स्कूलों में हुई इस परीक्षा में करीब 20 हजार परीक्षार्थी बैठे। कुछ केंद्रों को छोड़कर बाकी स्थानों पर शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से परीक्षा का संचालन हुआ।
सीटीईटी परीक्षा को लेकर युवाओं की भीड़ शनिवार शाम से ही जुटने लगी थी। कोई होटल में रुका तो कोई बस अड्डे और रेलवे स्टेशनों पर। सुबह पहली पाली की परीक्षा 10 बजे शुरू हुई। डेढ़ घंटे की इस परीक्षा में काफी आसान सवाल पूछे गए थे। परीक्षा के बाद अधिकांश युवाओं ने पेपर अच्छा होने की बात कही। यही हाल दोपहर बाद एक बजे द्वितीय पाली की परीक्षा में रहा। सभी ने अच्छे मा‌र्क्स आने की बात कही।

हालांकि केंद्रों पर देर से पहुंचने के चलते कई परीक्षार्थियों की परीक्षा छूट गई। परीक्षा के जिला कोऑर्डिनेटर संजीव लायल ने बताया कि हर केंद्र पर 10-20 फीसदी परीक्षार्थी नदारद रहे। करीब 24200 परीक्षार्थियों को शामिल होना था, जिसमें से करीब 4500 अनुपस्थित रहे।

सीटीईटी परीक्षा ः कई केंद्रों पर हुआ हंगामा

गाजियाबाद/साहिबाबाद। केंद्रीय विद्यालयों और सीबीएसई स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने की राह खोलने वाली सेंट्रल टीचर एलिजबिलिटी टेस्ट (सीटीईटी) रविवार को जिले के 30 परीक्षा केंद्रों आयोजित हुआ। कई केंद्रों पर स्टूडेंट्स ने अव्यवस्था का आरोप लगाते हुए जमकर हंगामा किया। कहीं, स्टूडेंट दो मिनट की देरी से परीक्षा में शामिल नहीं हो पाए तो कहीं उनको गलत बुकलेट दे दी गई। इंदिरापुरम पब्लिक स्कूल, डीपीएस इंदिरापुरम, सेंट थॉम्स जैसे कई स्कूलों में छात्रों को पहली शिफ्ट का पेपर पूरा होने के बाद बाहर ही नहीं जाने दिया गया। छात्रों को डेढ़ घंटे के लिए स्कूल में ही कैद रखा गया। इंदिरापुरम पब्लिक स्कूल में पेपर देने आए सौरभ कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि 11.30 बजे पेपर खत्म होने के बाद छात्रों को बाहर नहीं जाने दिया। स्कूल के गेट बंद कर दिए गए और कैंटीन से सामान खरीद कर खाने को मजबूर किया गया। यही नहीं उनके बैग और मोबाइल फोन को वापस करने में करीब तीन से चार घंटे लगा दिए गए। अव्यवस्था के कारण छात्रों को तमाम समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा। हंगामे को देखते हुए पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और मोर्चा संभाला। लड़कियों के लिए लेडी पुलिस बुलाई गई।

शांतिपूर्ण हुई अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा, कोई खुश कहीं गम

साहिबाबाद, जासंकें : रविवार को साहिबाबाद व गाजियाबाद स्थित कुछ विद्यालयों में केंद्रीय अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (सीटीईटी) हुई। परीक्षा के बाद जहां कुछ परीक्षार्थियों के चेहरे खुशी से दनक रहे थे, वहीं कुछ चेहरे उदास भी नजर आए। परीक्षा के चलते विद्यालय के बाहर सड़क व आस-पास स्थित पार्को में भीड़-भाड़ की स्थिति रही।

कानपुर, नगर प्रतिनिधि : सेंट्रल टीचर एलिजबिल्टी टेस्ट (सीटीईटी) में शामिल परीक्षार्थी सवालों के जवाब में काफी देर उलझे रहे। जब परीक्षा का समय समाप्त होता दिखा तो माइनस मार्किग न होने से अंदाज से खूब गोले काले किये।
सर पदमपत सिंहानिया एजूकेशन सेंटर, केंद्रीय विद्यालय आईआईटी, हडर्ड समेत 49 केंद्रों पर दोनों पालियों में 36,000 परीक्षार्थी सीटीईटी में शामिल हुए। परीक्षा केंद्रों पर दोनों पालियों में 30 फीसदी परीक्षार्थी काफी देर तक सिर खपाते रहे और अंत में माइनस मार्किग न होने से गोले काले कर परीक्षा पूरी की। प्राथमिक स्तर की परीक्षा प्रात: 10 से 11.30 बजे के बीच हुई। 150 अंक के इस परीक्षा में बाल विकास एवं शिक्षा शास्त्र, गणित, पर्यावरण अध्ययन, हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा से जुड़े तीस-तीस सवाल पूछे गये। परीक्षार्थियों का कहना था कि पर्चा न सरल था और न कठिन।

दूसरी पाली में दोपहर 1 से 2.30 बजे के बीच उच्च प्राथमिक स्तर की परीक्षा में बाल विकास, विज्ञान एवं गणित, पर्यावरण अध्ययन एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान के सवाल पूछे गये। इसमें गणित के सवाल कठिन बताये गये। सीटीईटी के सिटी को-आर्डिनेटर एवं पूर्णचंद्र विद्या निकेतन के प्रधानाचार्य भाष्कर गैंटि ने बताया परीक्षा में किसी प्रकार की कोई शिकायत नहीं दर्ज हुई।

आगरा, जागरण संवाददाता: शासन ने खुद ही शिक्षकों की भर्ती में फर्जीवाड़े की बुनियाद रख दी है। ए 4 साइज के सादे कागज पर टीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र छपवाए गए हैं। उन पर न तो उ.प्र. माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद का कोई मोनोग्राम है और न ही मुहर।
राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज में प्रमाणपत्र लेने पहुंचे अभ्यर्थियों ने बोर्ड की इस लापरवाही पर आक्रोश जताया। युवाओं का कहना था कि ऐसे में कोई व्यक्ति आसानी से फर्जी प्रमाणपत्र तैयार कर सकता है। फीरोजाबाद के नीलेश सिंह ने कहा कि प्रमाणपत्रों में अंक भी बढ़ाए जा सकते हैं। ऐसे में शिक्षक भर्ती के दौरान सही या गलत सर्टिफिकेट की पहचान विभाग के लिए भी टेढ़ी खीर साबित होगा।

गौरतलब है कि गत 13 नवंबर को हुई इस परीक्षा में आगरा मंडल से करीब 80 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे। परीक्षा में पास होने के बाद लंबे समय से वह प्रमाणपत्रों का इंतजार कर रहे थे। विभाग की ओर से इसी सप्ताह सर्टिफिकेट शिक्षा भवन पहुंचे। अधिकारियों ने शुक्रवार से इनका वितरण शुरू कराया। पहले दिन करीब 650 प्रमाणपत्र बांटे गए, लेकिन अभ्यर्थी प्रमाणपत्र लेने के बाद ज्यादा परेशान नजर आए। ए 4 साइज के सादे कागज पर टीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र छपवाए गए हैं। जीआइसी के शिक्षकों ने भी इन प्रमाणपत्रों पर आपत्ति उठाई।
शिक्षक संघ के नेता जयगोविंद लवानिया ने कहा कि बोर्ड को हाईस्कूल या इंटर परीक्षाओं की तरह के प्रमाणपत्र बनवाने चाहिए थे, ताकि कोई गड़बड़ी न हो। प्रधानाचार्य बिजेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण सोमवार से फिर होगा।
डीआइओएस मनोज गिरि ने कहा कि आवेदन के समय प्रमाणपत्रों का मिलान किया जाएगा। कोई फर्जीवाड़ा पकड़ में आएगा तो एफआइआर दर्ज कराई जाएगी।

 फर्रुखाबाद। जांच में फर्जी पाए जाने के बाद भी बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग शिक्षकों का वेतन निकलता रहा। मामले में बीएसए ने भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की । एडी बेसिक ने बीएसए से नाराजगी जाहिर कर एक पखवारे के अंदर जवाब मांगा है। एडी बेसिक के पत्र से बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में खलबली मची है।बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में शिक्षकों की भर्ती का फजीवाड़ा शिक्षा माफियाओं के सहयोग से चल रहा है। शिकायत के बाद तीन शिक्षक जांच में फर्जी सामने आए है। वहीं सूची में सात शिक्षक अभी और है जिन्होंने नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए फर्जीवाड़ा किया है।
विभाग में वर्ष 2004 विशिष्ट बीटीसी के माध्यम से भर्ती हुए शिक्षकों के अंकपत्र. प्रमाणपत्रों की जांच में सत्यापान के बाद तीन शिक्षकों के संलग्न किए गए प्रमाणपत्र,अंकपत्र फर्जी पाए गए थे। उक्त शिक्षक वर्तमान समय में विद्यालय अलीदादपुर मोहम्मदाबाद में तैनात सहायक अध्यापक राजनारायण शाक्य निवासी मतापुर पिपरगांव, प्राथमिक विद्यालय दाउदपुर में तैनात शिक्षक नरेद्र शाक्य पुत्र सूबेदार निवासी ग्राम दौदापुर और प्राथमिक विद्यालय बरुआनगला कमालगंज में तैनात शिक्षक श्रवण कुमार पुत्र पहरीलाल निवासी उदीनगला, गदनपुर, देवराजपुर, फर्रुखाबाद में तैनात हैं। इधर डायट के सत्यापन के बावजूद बीएसए ने इन शिक्षकों का वेतन आहरण नहीं रोका और न ही इन शिक्षकों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने की कार्रवाई हो सकी।

आगरा: शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (यूपी टीईटी) के सफल उम्मीदवारों को प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण शुरू हो गया। राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज पंचकुइयां में 20 काउंटर बनाकर प्रमाणपत्र बंटवाए गए। पहले दिन ही युवाओं की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी। इसके चलते पुलिस बल की व्यवस्था करनी पड़ी। कई उम्मीदवार बिना प्रवेश पत्र और परिचय पत्र के पहुंचे तो उन्हें लौटा दिया गया।

जीआइसी प्रधानाचार्य बिजेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि रोलनंबर के हिसाब से प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण किया जा रहा है। जिन अभ्यर्थियों के पास पहचान और प्रवेश पत्र नहीं है, उनको जांच पड़ताल के बाद ही प्रमाणपत्र दिए जाएंगे। हालांकि इस संबंध में विभाग की ओर से स्पष्ट दिशा निर्देश नहीं आए हैं। शनिवार और रविवार को अवकाश के चलते वितरण कार्य नहीं होगा।

सहारनपुर : टीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय में अभ्यर्थियों का भारी हुजूम उमड़ा। प्रमाणपत्र वितरण के लिए छह काउंटर बनाए गए थे। शाम तक 450 प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण हो चुका था।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा 13 नवंबर को मंडल मुख्यालय(सहारनपुर) पर कराई गई टीईटी परीक्षा में 38 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थी पंजीकृत थे इनमें से करीब 95 फीसदी परीक्षा में शामिल हुए थे। परीक्षा का रिजल्ट कई दुश्वारियों से होकर गुजरा। अंतत: सारी अड़चनें पार के करने के बाद परिषद द्वारा सफल अभ्यर्थियों को संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय से प्रमाणपत्र देने का निर्णय लिया गया। शुक्रवार से चकरौता रोड स्थित संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय से प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण शुरू करा दिया गया।

 अनेक अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित 10.30 बजे से काफी पहले ही प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए कार्यालय में पहुंचे। धीरे-धीरे अभ्यर्थियों का हुजूम बढ़ता गया। प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को कोई परेशानी न हो इसके लिए कार्यालय द्वारा छह काउंटर बनाए गए थे। संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक शील वर्मा ने बताया कि प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक परीक्षा में सफल रहे 20 हजार 76 अभ्यर्थियों के प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण कार्यालय से किया जाना है। शाम तक 450 अभ्यर्थी अपने प्रमाणपत्र ले जा चुके थे। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को स्वयं उपस्थित होकर मूल प्रवेश पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

बदायूं। शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) 2011 के पेपर आउट कराने की योजना बनाने वाले गिरोह में पकडे़ गए बदायूं के एक शिक्षक को पुलिस अधीक्षक रमाबाई नगर की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी ने निलंबित कर दिया है। शिक्षक के खिलाफ रमाबाई नगर के थाना अकबरपुर में जालसाजी समेत तमाम धाराओं में मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। शिक्षक के निलंबन के बाद यह प्रकरण जिले में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। सूत्रों का कहना है इस प्रकरण के सामने आने से जिले के शिक्षा माफियाओं में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है कि इसमें उनका नाम शामिल न हो जाए। रमाबाई नगर की पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक जिले में कभी भी छापामारी कर सकती है।

यह था मामला
प्राइमरी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की तैनाती को पहली बार टीईटी प्रक्रिया लागू की गई थी, लेकिन इसमें भी अन्य परीक्षा की भांति सेंध लगाने की पूरी तैयारी शिक्षा माफियाओं ने पहले ही कर ली थी। जेल अधीक्षक रमाबाई नगर सुभाष चंद्र दुबे के पत्र के मुताबिक जिले के वजीरगंज ब्लाक स्थित प्राथमिक स्कूल करकटपुर में तैनात सहायक अध्यापक माधवेंद्र सिंह टीईटी पेपर आउट कराने की योजना बनाई थी। इसी माह में उसे पकड़ा गया था। उसके पास से दस हजार रुपये बरामद हुए थे। इस गिरोह से दो अन्य लोगों को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया था। इनके खिलाफ थाना अकबरपुर में जालसाजी और भ्रष्टाचार संबंधी (420/120बी)धारा में मुकदमा दर्ज है। श्री दुबे ने बीएसए को पत्र भेजकर कार्रवाई के लिए कहा था।
पकड़ा गया शिक्षक कई जगह रहा अटैच
आगरा निवासी माधवेंद्र विशिष्ट बीटीसी 2010 का प्रशिक्षु है। खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी वजीरगंज श्रीराम सक्सेना के अनुसार शिक्षक को 28 जनवरी 2011 में प्राथमिक स्कूल करकटपुर में तैनाती मिली थी। उसके बाद उसे सरकारी किताबों के वितरण के लिए नवादा स्कूल में अटैच किया गया था। विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर निर्वाचन कार्यालय से भी अटैच किया गया था। शनिवार 28 जनवरी को शिक्षक को सरकारी सेवा में एक साल हो जाएगा।शिक्षा माफियाओं में मचा हड़कंप
जिला बोर्ड परीक्षा को लेकर भी बदनाम रहा है। यहां नकल अधिक होती है। नकलची बड़ी संख्या में पकड़े जाते हैं। परीक्षा सेंटर भी डिबार हुए। इसमें शिक्षा माफियाओं का हाथ बताया जाता है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि टीईटी पेपर आउट कराने की योजना में पकड़े गए गिरोह के तार जिले से जुड़ गए हैं। इससे शिक्षा माफियाओं में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है।

दो फरवरी तक मिलेंगे टीईटी प्रमाण पत्र

मेरठ : उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के प्रमाण पत्र जीआईसी मेरठ से अब दो फरवरी तक बांटे जाएंगे। अभ्यर्थियों की भीड़ को देखते हुए यह तिथि आगे बढ़ाई गई है।
शुक्रवार को जीआईसी में प्रमाण पत्र लेने के लिए जबरदस्त भीड़ रही। 11 बजे से बंटने वाले प्रमाण पत्र के लिए सुबह नौ बजे से ही मंडल के जिलों से अभ्यर्थी पहुंचने शुरू हो गए थे। तीन बजे तक प्रमाणपत्र बांटने का समय निर्धारित था, लेकिन शाम पांच बजे के बाद भी चौदह काउंटरों पर भीड़ छंटने का नाम नहीं ले रही थी।

पहले दिन जहां दो हजार और दूसरे दिन पांच हजार के प्रमाण पत्र का वितरण हुआ था, तीसरे दिन सबसे अधिक प्रमाण-पत्र बांटे गए जिसके चलते काउंटर से लेकर जीआईसी ग्राउंड तक भीड़ लगी रही। जीआईसी के वाइस प्रिंसिपल उदयवीर सिंह ने बताया कि अभी टीईटी प्राथमिक स्तर के प्रमाणपत्र बांटे जा रहे हैं। अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या अधिक होने के कारण तिथि आगे बढ़ाई गई है। शनिवार और रविवार को कालेज बंद रहेगा। इसलिए प्रमाण पत्र 30, 31 जनवरी, एक और दो फरवरी को मिलेंगे।
